1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file the website sends to the user’s browser and stores on their device. Cookies allow the user to be recognised, remember preferences and analyse site usage.
2. Types of cookies used
Technical cookies (necessary): enable basic site operation. No consent required. Examples: session cookies, language preference, security.
Analytics cookies: allow understanding site usage to improve it. Consent required. Example: Google Analytics 4.
Marketing cookies: enable relevant advertising. Consent required. Examples: Meta Pixel, Google Ads.
Third-party cookies: installed by integrated external services (YouTube embeds, Google Maps).
3. Active cookies detail
The detailed list of active cookies (name, provider, purpose, duration) is kept up-to-date in the configuration panel available via the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
4. Consent
On first access, a banner allows accepting, rejecting or configuring cookies. Consent renews every 12 months.
